I am using this vest for a couple of days now. Sure, I have to admit that I am a huge fan of CG so I may be a bit biased... :-)
This vest delivers as expected. It is made of the same durable outer as most of the CG Jackets. Seems to be the same down-filling too. It is impressive as to how warm it can keep you at cool days or if there is a cold breeze (such as in San Francisco). The outer pockets are super useful and versatile with two fleece-line hand-pockets.
When it comes to sizing and if you want to have a snug fit you better size doww one size. I am 6'2 with around 150lbs and I am very happy with the fit of my SMALL. A jumper/hoody fits under it very comfortably.
Yes, it is more expensive then TNF, but guys...this vest is manufactured in Canada so you are supporting the Canadian economy/job market with your purchase.
